Amity Heart Collection
Wrap Heat Pack - Donut Give Up
Our wrap heat packs are all adjustable. We have designed our wraps with a velcro waist band, one size fitting most approximately size 6-24. If you have surplus velcro you can simply cut it to your correct size, or tuck it in if you wish to share with a loved one of a different size.
All of our heat packs are filled with Australian grown lupin seeds.
The wrap heat pack collection has been constructed for comfort and wearability. We designed it to have 8 separate sections that reduces the movement of lupin seeds and prevents them from falling to one end.
There is a section of fabric that wraps around the hip area and can be secured with the adjustable waist band which has been triple stitched for durability. The wrap heat pack can be used on your back, tummy or you could even strap it to your back. Versatility at it's best!
Heating Instructions - DO NOT OVERHEAT
Please read carefully and keep instructions.
This is a guide only. Adjust heating time according to microwave wattage and desired warmth. Place the heat pack flat in the centre of the microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds. If not warm enough, heat for a further 15-30 seconds at a time until it reaches desired temperature. Take care when in use and heating.
Not every heat pack is the same and may not be exactly what you see in the photo. Print design location may differ from pack to pack.

Too hot for you?
I also like to use cold therapy...
Yes, all of our heat packs can be used cold as well. To use as a cold pack, put it in a clip seal bag and place it in the freezer for 30 minutes. Can be stored in the freezer for future use. Wonderful to cool down with on a hot day too.
