Please check your tracking number provided from our email sent to you uponwhen your parcel being was dispatched. It generally takes 4-6 hours for shipping information to be updated. If the tracking states “no events currently found” this may be because your parcel has not gone past a scanning point yet. If you become concerned please contact Australia Post or alternatively send us an email at info@amityheartcollection.com.au and be sure to quote your order number, name and delivery address.

Australia Post is currently experiencing significant delays across the country. This is due to the high volume of parcels being sent in combination with ongoing COVID-19 restrictions and requirements. As a result, this has created an immense backlog. Because this is an issue on Australia Post’s end, we are unfortunately not in control of any delivery delays or extended processing times on their part. We want to assure you that your order should still get to you safely, there just may be a delay in its arrival.

Yes, and we charge $20 shipping.

Anywhere in Australia shipping is $13AU and $17AU for express post. All orders over $150AU we offer Free Shipping.

Microwaves have different wattages, Thesethese are guidelines only.

Start with placing the heat pack in the microwave on high for 60 seconds. If not hot enough, place back in for 15-second intervals until it reaches your desired temperature.

Keep instructions and read carefully.

Take care when in use and heating.

To use as a cold pack, put it into a clip seal bag and place it in the freezer for 30 minutes. Can be stored in the freezer for further use.
