All of our heat packs are filled with Australian grown lupin seeds.

They have five sections sewn into them to manage even temperature distribution and to avoid the lupin seeds from falling to one end.

Our neck heat pack collection may also be used on other areas of your body such as stomach, waist or knees. Don’t forget your tired and achy feet. We have designed our neck heat pack in one size fits most.

Heating Instructions - DO NOT OVERHEAT

Please read carefully and keep instructions.

This is a guide only. Adjust heating time according to microwave wattage and desired warmth. Place the heat pack flat in the centre of the microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds. If not warm enough, heat for a further 15-30 seconds at a time until it reaches desired temperature. Take care when in use and heating.

Each heat pack is handmade by our small team. Not every heat pack is the same and may not be exactly what you see in the photo. Print design location may differ from pack to pack.

Proudly created in Australia.

    Material

We use 100% cotton fabrics to create our heat pack collection. All of our heat packs are fully lined with calico for strength and durability. The quality fabrics used are lasting and suitable for daily use. Our heat packs consist of beautiful textile designs and fabric colours.

Our heat packs are constructed with quality fabrics drill and duck, this ensures that the heat pack is robust and perfect for frequent use. There is no compromise on texture or feel, this fabric is soft and very comfortable for constant use.

Thread used is 20 gage thickness which is very strong to handle persistent use.

    Neck heat pack

This is beautifully made. I am 74, small, and find it too big and too heavy for me. Would be fine for someone taller and younger.

    Too hot for you?

I also like to use cold therapy...

Yes, all of our heat packs can be used cold as well. To use as a cold pack, put it in a clip seal bag and place it in the freezer for 30 minutes. Can be stored in the freezer for future use. Wonderful to cool down with on a hot day too.
