All of our heat packs are filled with Australian grown lupin seeds. We use 100% cotton fabrics and all of our products are fully lined with calico.

The neck heat pack is contoured to fit your shoulders nicely but may also be used on other areas of the body.

Our wrap heat packs are all adjustable. We have designed our wraps with a velcro waist band, one size fitting most approximately size 6-24. If you have surplus velcro you can simply cut it to your correct size, or tuck it in if you wish to share with a loved one of a different size.

• Dab with a cloth and allow to completely dry
• Do not submerge in water
